“I got a new curly cut and am having issues managing it without using a blow dryer so I decided to try this. I wasn't sure what to expect but when I opened the box I could see the product is obviously cheaply made. I received no instructions on how it operates which is also concerning. I plugged it in and it works but I have no idea how to operate the controls without instructions. It did heat up fast. It's hard to review because I have safety concerns and no instructions on whether it even has a safety shut off feature. It works is the best thing I can say about it and for the price it would have been a hard pass for me.”
